About Me
I am often called “Ice Jade,” a name people give me because of the way I seem to hold a quiet frost in my leaves—cool, smooth, and faintly luminous.
I belong to the broader world of Echeveria, shaped not by wilderness alone, but by careful hands and patient growers.
I began small—just a fragile rosette resting in dry soil, unremarkable and still. But light changed me. Day after day, I learned to gather it, to hold it gently across my thick leaves. My form tightened, my symmetry improved, and a soft, icy sheen began to appear along my surface.
I do not grow loudly. I refine myself slowly.
Too much water makes me lose my clarity; too little light makes me dull. But when balance is right—sun, dryness, patience—I become what people notice without meaning to: calm, compact, and quietly glowing, like stone touched by frost.
I don’t rush seasons. I simply become more myself over time.
